There is a lightning storm tonight! It is SO beautiful! I have never seen lighting like this before: so big, lasting longer than a few milliseconds, making the sky purple and pink...so beautiful! I am fascinated by lightning (can you tell?)....you can never see enough of it, it's always so amazing! It's like Heaven opening and a sliver of the glory and power of God is coming out. I love it!
But it's also neat to see God's glory in the day to day. I drove past some wild flowers the other day, I had never really noticed them before. They were beautiful. I wondered how many others noticed them, or if I was the only one. Then I got to thinking, even if I was the only one who noticed, God would be happy to make them bloom anyway. Just a little love note to tell me He's thinking of me.
