Hello all!
Since I have received many questions about what's going on in my life, I will attempt to answer them all here:
Plans: I will be going to Hyderabad, India this August and staying there for one year. I know an American family over there that started an orphanage several years ago. I will be living with the kids and helping in any way I can. One specific reason I will be there is to teach the children English- as it is pretty much the only gateway to get those children out of the low cast that they are in.
Financially: It costs $250 for monthly room and board, that is $3,000 for the whole year. I also need about $800 to fly out of India after 6 months to be legal with visa stuff (I will probably take a quick trip to Malaysia). Lastly, is my ticket cost. I am working on that now and should be buying it soon (cost isn't certain yet, maybe around $1500).
Total is about $5,300.
